A four stage engineering process.
Each stage feeds the next. Prevention reduces faults, diagnosis defines the repair, and what we learn on site informs how a facility is built.
- 01 /
Prevent
Servicing & Maintenance
Scheduled preventative maintenance, routine servicing and recorded safety and condition checks that keep equipment in specification.
- 02 /
Diagnose
Fault Finding
Structured mechanical and electrical diagnosis to establish the actual cause of a fault rather than the symptom presented.
- 03 /
Repair
Mechanical & Electrical Repairs
Repairs across cardiovascular and resistance equipment, including reactive call outs when a machine goes out of service.
- 04 /
Build
Design & Installation
Gym planning, equipment selection and professional installation — from a single room to a complete facility.
Not everything that breaks needs replacing.
A worn belt, a failing bearing, a tired console connection — most of what stops a machine is a component, not the machine. We strip back, diagnose and repair wherever it is practical and safe to do so, and we say clearly when replacement is genuinely the better decision.
It is the same standard we would apply to our own equipment: fix it properly, or explain honestly why it can't be fixed.

Brand names are listed to indicate equipment our engineers have experience working across. They do not imply an authorised dealership or approved service agreement.
Service it before it stops.
A generic outline of the checks a planned service visit typically covers. Scope is always agreed against the equipment on site and the way the facility is used.

From empty room to working gym.
We can assist with gym design, equipment planning, selection and installation — whether the space is a hotel basement, a university facility, a corporate floor or a room at home. The layout is planned around how the space will be used, and around how the equipment will be maintained afterwards.
